Guardianship - Community Involvement Program

The Office of the Public Guardian provides Community Involvement Programs (C.I.P.) throughout the province to offer support to private guardians and information and assistance to potential guardians of dependent adults. West Country Family Service is the C.I.P. for Clearwater County, Rocky Mountain House and the Village of Caroline.

Help is available for Guardianship Applications and Reviews including self-help kits if one chooses to make the application/review without the assistance of a lawyer. WCFSA can arrange information sessions for community groups/organizations.
