  • Info: 19km west of Nordegg, make a right turn before the Crescent Falls access. Inflatable fishing boats are equipped with trolling motor, net, paddles, and life jackets. Canoes are equipped with paddles, net and life jackets. You must bring your own fishing gear. Boats are delivered to Goldeye Lake which has up to 5lb rainbow trout or to Fish Lake, which holds up to 10lb rainbow trout.

  • Meals: Home style prepared meals served at 9:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m. Meals are only available with minimum two day reservation notice.
  • Particulars: Eight rooms with two single beds, four complete with full en-suites, four with shared washroom facilities. Full board at designated meal times, alcohol welcomed but not provided.
    • One bedroom loft fully equipped may be rented. Renter can provide and prepare their own meals or can make arrangements to join scheduled meals in Lodge
    • One rustic cabin in the woods, very secluded but within easy walking distance to lodge, no washroom facilities but heat and power available. Meals can be obtained at Lodge with prior arrangements.

Located on the banks of the North Raven River, fly fishers have easy access to numerous streams in the area, while also having a “home base” to relax and be pampered. Special meal arrangements available to accommodate their schedule as well as numerous gathering areas to share their experiences with other fly fishers.

  • Info: Guided trail ride, pony rides for kids from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Open daily, weather permitting. Ride times are every 2 hours starting at 10am until 6pm. Wagon rides daily 1-3, and a 2 hour wagon ride with wiener roast runs daily at 4:00 p.m. Free petting zoo also on site open 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Call for prices.

  • Location: About 10 miles east of Rocky, turn south on the Arbutus Road, go 2 miles south to TWP 38-4, turn left and go 1 mile East to RR 6-2, turn right at the end of the road turn right at the Wildhorse Mountain Ranch sign.
  • Info: Welcome to Wildhorse Mountain Ranch and Outfitters. We are a working horse outfit, come and just ride and relax. 6 new cabins that sleep up to 4, kerosene heat, no power or running water. One VIP cabin heated with a lovely wood stove; sleeps 4. Bring your own bedding. Ten new outfitter wall tents that sleep 2-3 each, cots included. There are clean outhouses close by. Camping and big site available for large groups/reunions, wedding, or corporate events. Several big fire pit areas, lots of private space, Bear’s Old West Saloon- a half size round pen with a beautiful fire pit area in the middle. Meals are served family style at designated time or by special request. We run an awesome week long horse camp for children ages 12+. Ladies Ride and Play and Ladies Let’s Play Camps.
