Pre-Authorized Utility Payment Plan
Purpose
Automatic direct debit utility payments allow you to pay your utility bill from the Town of Rocky Mountain House for water, sewer, waste collection, and recycling through an electronic transfer from your bank account.
You will be charged the actual utility charges for the two month billing period and receive a bi-monthly utility statement for your information. Your bank chequing charges will apply, however, there are no fees charged by the town of Rocky Mountain House for this service.
Criteria
- Your utility account with the Town of Rocky Mountain House is paid in full
- You have chequing privileges at a bank, trust company, treasury branch, or credit union
- We receive your completed application at least two weeks before the start of the next calendar month
Application
You can participate simply by completing the
pre-authorized debit from available at the Town of Rocky Mountain House Administration Office.
Return the application along with a sample cheque marked “VOID” or a direct debit form from your financial institution to the Town of Rocky Mountain House.
Cancellation
You are able to cancel your automatic direct debit utility payments at any time by filling out the
cancellation form and submitting it to the Town of Rocky Mountain House.
