Three self-contained units for guests who like to look after themselves and prepare their own meals. Guests are required to bring their own groceries. These have fully equipped kitchens, private bath with shower, woodstoves, patio and are fully winterized. No phones or TV.
Minimum stays of two to three nights apply in high season, on public holidays and for our self-contained units. Rate reductions on stays of four nights or longer. Advance reservations are advisable.

Particulars: Cheechako Cabins offers a secluded mountain retreat away from the crowds of the national parks. Open year round, our cabins are a modern version of the early miners cabins These cabins are situated to provide privacy with minimal environmental impact. Each cabin is self contained with a fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, electric heat, wood-burning stoves, propane BBQ and private decks. Our outdoor common area has a large fire pit, picnic tables and benches for lounging around the fire or for socializing with other guests. Propane and wood are provided. Minimum two night stay required. Currently there are 4 cabins available for short or long term stays.
We have a one bedroom unit that can sleep up to 4 people (max 3 adults) and a two bedroom that can accommodate up to 6 guests (max 6 adults). We also have 2 “Honeymoom Cabins” which were built with open floor plans and are ideal for singles or a couple looking for a romatic getaway. The Nordegg area boasts a wide variety of activities and some of the most beautiful scenery in the Rocky Mountains. Cheechako Cabins itself is bordered by numerous hiking and game trails as well as easy access to trails maintained for off-road enthusiasts.

Particulars: Three rustic cabins that sleep four in a double bed size bunk arrangement overlooking the junction of the Blackstone and the Wapiabe Rivers. Dishes and utensils are provided. BBQ, propane stove, fire pit, full kitchen and water on site. All you need is your food, pillow and sleeping bag. Washroom and shower facilities are located near the cabins. There is also plenty of room nearby to set up tents if there is more than four in your party. There is hiking, fishing and sightseeing in the area. You can also make arrangements to do hourly or day long horseback rides. Horses and trails are suited for all levels of riders. Chungo Creek Outfitters also offer back country pack trips. Come and enjoy a very peaceful and quiet environment. Open year round.

Activities include hiking, fishing, hunting, quadding, sightseeing, bird watching or just plain relaxation.

They do not have power, running water or indoor facilities. There is an outdoor privy within an easy distance as well as access to the shower house. Located in a prime spot in the resort.
Amenities: Mini golf (fee), 9-hole Frisbee Golf, playground, volleyball, store, coin laundry, gas station, gift shop, licensed dining, chapel and event tent. 140 site family campground and a 44 unit hotel. RV rentals are available. Wireless internet available (fee). Open seasonal from May thru to mid September. Enjoy the beautiful sightseeing in the area.

Particulars: Secluded rustic cabins with large covered decks, wood stoves, BBQ’s, picnic area and fire pit with wood provided. There is access to washroom and shower facilities at the main house. The kitchen is fully stocked all you need to bring is food and bedding. These cabins have NO power or running water.
The Clearwater River and Mud Creek are both within easy walking distance. Numerous other lakes for fishing close by. Make a day trip to Corkscrew Mountain and Ram Falls.
