Development Incentives The Town of Rocky Mountain House offers incentives for new development and business expansion within the Town. **NEW** Offsite levies have been eliminated in Rocky Mountain House, effective July 15, 2025.

Storefront Improvement Program The Storefront Improvement Program encourages businesses and property owners to invest in exterior renovations to non-residential property storefronts by providing matching funds to cover a portion of the eligible costs.
