2026 Main Street Sidewalk & Bulbs Snow Removal
The Town of Rocky Mountain House is currently accepting Requests for Quotations to provide sidewalk and bulb snow removal on Main Street (50 Street) between 52 Avenue and 48 Avenue. The contractor would be required to remove snow and application of salt/ sand on the sidewalk and bulbed out areas, including snow removal under the benches and garbage receptacles, on the corners of Main Street daily including weekends from January 1 to March 31, 2026, and November 1 to December 31, 2026.
Requirements for the Successful Quotation include:
- Proof of WCB coverage
- Proof of a minimum of $2,000,000 liability insurance
- Ability to supply all necessary equipment
- Ability to perform required duties on the specified schedule
- Work in a professional manner, following all Town of Rocky Mountain House Policies and Procedures

Strategic Plan Development
The Town of Rocky Mountain House is seeking proposals for the development of a comprehensive Strategic Plan. The strategic plan will be developed with public input and in consideration of financial capability and the necessity of maintaining our core services. A tactical plan will also be developed to achieve the goals and milestones necessary to make the strategic plan a reality.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, June 28 at 2 p.m.
